How do I contact you?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kokod.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes or cancellations after the order has been shipped.

Do you have any gifting options?

When you are purchasing multiple products, we'll do our best to put them in a single keepsake box, whenever possible. In case you want any items in separate keepsake boxes just give us a heads up in the note section. And if it's a gift, and you want us to add a handwritten note and gift wrap, just leave your message in the note section at checkout.


What are the available shipping options?

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, VIC, Australia within three business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the destination address. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to, lost or stolen packages, incorrect addresses, or delivery attempts.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, an email including your tracking number will be sent to you. You can use this tracking information to track the delivery of your order.

What if my package is lost during shipping?

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to, lost or stolen packages, incorrect addresses, or delivery attempts. You may contact the shipping carrier via your tracking details to investigate further.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Union Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, ShopPay and Afterpay.


Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns of products, except in cases where the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at info@kokod.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a return and refund.

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is faulty or damaged, we will issue a store credit/refund for the product purchase price excluding any shipping and handling fees.


Will I be refunded the full purchase amount?

Once your return is received, we will advise if you are eligible for a store credit of the value of the item(s) paid from the original order. We do not refund any shipping fees.


Do you offer any warranties on your products?

We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of purchase on items with proof of purchase. Our warranty covers faulty items only. What materials are used in your jewellery?

All our jewellery is crafted from Stainless Steel, making them suitable for sensitive skin. The specific materials employed in each piece are detailed within their respective product descriptions.

Please be aware that individual skin types may react differently to certain metals and plating due to natural oils. We cannot be held responsible for any reactions you may experience from our products.

Is your jewellery water-resistant?

Most of our jewellery is coated with 18k Gold & 18k Gold PVD Plating, enhancing its resistance to moisture exposure. This plating ensures durability compared to standard coatings. However, we recommend avoiding water contact to preserve the brilliance of your jewellery.

It's crucial to acknowledge that all metals naturally undergo wear and may oxidize or fade over time, necessitating occasional professional maintenance. By adhering to our Jewellery Care recommendations, maintaining your gold-plated pieces becomes effortless.

Is your jewellery hypo-allergenic?

Yes, Hypoallergenic jewellery is crafted from materials less likely to trigger allergic reactions. Our Stainless-Steel pieces are free from the typical irritants for individuals with jewellery sensitivities.

Ring Size Guide

Materials Needed: String or paper, Ruler, Scissors, Pen

Steps:
1. Cut a piece of string/paper at least 6cm long.
2. Wrap the string/paper around the base of your intended finger.
3. Mark where the string/paper overlaps.
4. Measure the string/paper length in millimeters.
5. Use the ring size chart to convert the measurement to your ring size
