Refund policy

We do not accept returns of products, except in cases where the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at info@kokod.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a return and refund.

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is faulty or damaged, we will issue a refund for the product purchase price, as well as any shipping and handling fees. We do not refund any shipping or handling fees if the product is not faulty or damaged.
